We started ProVital Transit after watching people we love in Charlotte struggle with something that should be simple: getting to a doctor. Missed dialysis sessions, rescheduled discharges, appointments skipped because a ride fell through — these are not small inconveniences. For someone managing a serious condition, a missing ride can mean a missed treatment.
