What areas do you serve?

ProVital Transit serves the greater Charlotte, NC area and surrounding communities. For specific service areas, please contact us directly.

What are your hours of operation?

Our services are available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm. We offer extended hours and Sunday services by appointment.

Can I request the same driver for all my trips?

While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee the same driver for every trip. However, we will do our best to provide consistency whenever possible.

How do I provide feedback about your services?

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experiences with us. You can provide feedback through our website, via email, or by calling our office.

How do I book a ride?

You can book a ride by calling our office, filling out the contact form on our website, or using our secure online booking system.

How far in advance do I need to book my transportation?

We recommend booking your transportation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. For urgent needs, please call us directly to check for immediate availability.

How can I cancel or reschedule my ride?

You can cancel or reschedule your ride by contacting our office via phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

What if my appointment runs longer than expected?

We understand that medical appointments can sometimes run longer than anticipated. Please inform your driver as soon as possible, and we will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your schedule.

We offer a range of non-emergency medical transportation services including transportation to doctor’s appointments, hospital discharges, dialysis appointments, physical therapy sessions, chemotherapy treatments, dental appointments, senior transportation, post-surgery follow-ups, transportation for special needs, and pharmacy pick-ups.

Do you provide transportation for non-medical appointments?

Yes, we offer transportation services for non-medical appointments such as social events, grocery shopping, and other personal errands.

Do you provide transportation for out-of-town appointments?

Yes, we can provide transportation for out-of-town medical appointments with prior arrangement. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
